Customers are the core to every business. This session will explain why exceptional customer service should become a focal point of your operations and methods to use in developing customer relations training for your employees. We will also discuss ways increase revenues by expanding your internal marketing network.
* All LPBA member business owners/managers are invited to attend for free.
Businesses not yet members are invited to join. Annual dues are only $40 and can be paid at the door. Cash or checks made payable to the Lake Placid Business Association, Inc. will be accepted.
* Businesses are not required to attend each seminar. You can pick and choose the topics that will benefit your business.
* In the event Lake Placid Schools are closed due to inclement weather, that week’s seminar will be rescheduled
