WSLP and a team of dedicated volunteers are raising money to benefit North Country Life Flight!
On Saturday, May 30th from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM we’re dividing up the historic 1980 Olympic Arena into sections and each volunteer will sit in approximately 300 seats - we’re going to make sure that we sit in each of the 7700 seats in the Arena!
We’re looking for individuals to pledge money based on fractions of a penny multiplied by the number of seats in the Arena. You can download the pledge form by clicking the banner above. Once completed, you can mail your pledge form directly to Life Flight. Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated!
North Country Life Flight is a not-for-profit helicopter rescue organization transporting critically ill and seriously injured patients. They operate 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Life Flight’s services are free of charge to the patient and they rely substantially on private support! In the first three months of 2009, the number of life saving missions tripled when compared to the same time period last year!
On Saturday May 30th the annual Lake Placid Festival of Cars will also take place in the Olympic Center Arenas.
